Cannes Film Festival and A.k.a Mr. Bean

A. K. A Mr. Bean Youth nowadays focuses on gathering information about some popular celebrities and among those , Bean is the most searched one. This man needs no introduction; rather a smile surprisingly appears on one’s face after a glimpse of him comes in anyone’s mind. The actor behind this hilarious series is Rowan Atkinson  and this person is the writer of a major part of the same Surprised!! , you better be, because it’s the truth. Bean seldom murmurs and the mainly physical humor is educed from his interactions with other people and his astonishing solutions to the situations. Teddy is kind of Mr. Bean’s life partner. The teddy is dark brown, affixed abnormally button eyes and sausage-shaped limbs. Despite of the fact that the teddy is defunct, Mr. Bean pretends it to be alive. Buying him a Christmas present or trying not to wake it in the mornings are some examples of the same. Now talking about Mr. Bean’s car, it was a British Leyland  Mini  1000 of applejack green color. The locking system of the car was immensely innovative and how Mr. Bean parks his car was noticeable. The famous chair incident was a running joke throughout the series. Apart from the television and an animated cartoon series, a couple of movies were also adapted, namely â€Å"Bean: The Ultimate Disaster Movie† in 1997 and â€Å"Mr. Beans Holiday† in 2007. The film follows Bean on a crucial journey across  France  for a holiday which after a number of hardships ends up in a screening of his video diary at the  Cannes Film Festival. Various questions are still unanswered about Rowan Atkinson  death. Hope he is alive and will again make the world rolling on the floor†¦laughing!!

Critical analysis of these factors and their application between the two countries explains the variation in their education performance ranking. Unless united States initiate reforms on its institutional designs, it will lag behind Finland in terms of its overall education system performance. The Finland government has centralized education policy decisions under the ministry of education. This means that the curriculum structure is uniform and tests are homogeneous across the whole country. Such institutional design means that diverse teaching skills are applicable in different settings and learners abilities. This offers better opportunities for the children and teachers with unique differences to work towards a common goal. This explains the outstanding performance of the education system in Finland as seen from its high global ranking over United States. In-depth assessment of the institutional design of United States exposes significant flaws that make its education system relatively poor (Tiina and Markku, 2007). The curriculum development and implementation has been decentralized to individual states. This has placed significant accountability pressure on the teachers and placed much emphasis on passing tests. This design means that the socio-economic diversity in terms of learning ability, teaching skills among teachers and students is disregarded. This has been in force since the passing of No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act (2002) by President George Bush administration. This has seen teachers concentrate on tests which fail to capture other important aspects of learning among students’ hence poor math and language skills mastery progress. Nursing Leadership & Management and its Concerns - Essay Example There is certainly also the feeling that I am being taken advantage of because of my willingness to substitute on other units. The nursing office may have other choices, but probably consider me the easiest to convince. So, although it is not usually in my personality to be confrontational, I feel that I would have no choice under these circumstances and I would initially have to use the confronting conflict resolution method in approaching this situation. I would need to confront the nurse's office with the fact that I have no qualifications to work OB and that even though I have served in different capacities in the hospital I would not feel secure in giving the patients in OB anywhere near standard care. This also uses the technique of forcing my view on the nurse's office so they can see that I am not willing to just say yes. However, not wanting to make my supervisors feel that I am not a team player and simply do not want to cooperate because it is Saturday night, I would also use the strategy of negotiation to help resolve the problem for both the hospital and myself. Each party, may or may not be aware of the others conceptualization of the meaning of the conflict, but the parties do have what they believe is a clear concept of the conflict in their own mind. To determine the accuracy of the beliefs about the conflict, both parties need to sit down and determine the existence and nature of the conflict and the reasons it exists. (Kelly-Heidenthal, 2003, p. 338) I would suggest that I substitute for someone else on another ward that I am more capable of handling and that they are they are more qualified, work in OB. Although the Nurses office said that I am the most qualified, I may only be the most available and if they looked into it the way I suggest they may be able to find an alternative. If they were not able  to, at least my offer to work would help to placate any suspicions that I am just trying to go out on a Saturday night.
